1.What happens if I reach my concurrent limit?
Any users who connect to your stream once you have reached your limit will not be able to connect until someone else stops listening.
2.What happens if my audience grows?
If you are frequently reaching your maximum amount of connections, you should upgrade to a different package with a higher total, or move into a bandwidth program.
3.When can I move into a different package?
At any time. Simply let us know and we will make the adjustments for you.
5. How do I get started?
Choose one of the easy start streaming packages, or put together your own package. Then proceed to one of the "Start now" sign up forms to get set up for streaming. All the NetroMedia streaming packages are based off of a pre-pay amount.
6. How do I pay for my streaming package?
NetroMedia accepts all major credit cards as form of payment. You can sign up and pay on line or we can send you a streaming services agreement that you can keep as a record. We only ask that you sign and fax back to our accounting department for processing.
7. How long does it take for my account to get set up?
Generally all streaming services are set up in less than one business day. Often much quicker.
